As spammers' methods constantly evolve, we are dedicated to ensure our business email users get effective server-side spam protection at no additional cost.
To configure your anti-spam settings, login to the Exchange Control Panel. and select the Edit anti-spam options link to the right. If you have a single sign-on Customer Zone account, login to it first and then click the Exchange Control Panel icon.
We have implemented TWO server-side anti-spam solutions for our Hosted Exchange email users. 'Engine 1' is the default anti-spam solution. This engine is adequate for most users. Both engines have 6 levels of protection:
0 : Deliver all spam emails to the Inbox folder
1 : Deliver confirmed spam emails to the Junk folder
2 : Deliver confirmed and bulk spam emails to the Junk folder
3 : Deliver confirmed, bulk, and suspicious spam emails to the Junk folder
4 : Block confirmed spam emails; deliver bulk and suspicious spam emails to the Junk folder
5 : Block confirmed and bulk spam emails; deliver suspicious spam emails to the Junk folder
6 : Reject all kind of spams
Suspicious: When system identifies unsolicited email distribution from a particular sender, it marks messages as suspicious.
Bulk: Dubious mass mailing and spam messages.
Confirmed: Spam messages containing known and verified spam patterns. Confirmed spam can be safely blocked.
